Don't forget the network lock check.

A few quick answers.

What is an EID?

It's an identification number associated with your phone's embedded SIM. Finding an EID can be a useful clue, but it's still important to confirm your device model, region and network-unlocked status.

Does every version of a supported model work?

Not always. eSIM functionality may differ by sales region, model variant, software and mobile network. Always check your specific device before buying.

Can I keep my existing SIM while travelling?

Many compatible dual-SIM phones let you keep your home line and use a travel eSIM for mobile data. The available combinations depend on the phone and network provider.
