Quick help

A few useful answers.

Should I install my eSIM before travelling?

It depends on your plan. Some plans start their validity period when installed; others start when they first connect to a supported network. Read the supplier's activation policy before deciding when to install.

What if my QR code doesn't scan?

Make sure you have internet, the entire QR code is visible and your phone is using the Add eSIM option. If manual details were provided, try that method. Do not repeatedly delete or reinstall an eSIM; contact the plan provider if activation fails.

Can I keep my regular SIM and phone number?

On many dual-SIM devices, yes. You can often leave your usual line enabled for calls and texts while choosing the travel eSIM for mobile data. Check your device settings and home operator's roaming charges.

Installed, but no mobile data?

Confirm you're in the plan's coverage area, the eSIM is enabled, the correct line is selected for mobile data and any required data roaming/APN settings match your provider's instructions. If the problem continues, contact support with your order details.
